A maximum of up to 3 questions may be set per shop.
The questions set will be displayed to all customers on the Tablecheck (booking page).
- Click on the "Shops" setting on the menu selection panel on the left.
If you are currently on a different settings page, kindly first proceed to the settings page by clicking the "setup" wheel icon → Settings, to get to this page.
2. Click on the wheel icon of the shop you desire.
3. Move to the "Online" view, and scroll down to the "Form Question" fields.
Clicking on button, creates a text box for you to input your translation of the above
question. The translation will be reflected when the customer selects that language via
the language selector.
A. Textbox (answers are in free text form)
B. Checkbox (answer via checking the box)
C. Multi-Checkbox (answer via checking relevant applicable boxes)
D. Radio Button (answer via selecting one button, from a selection of options)
※ As this selection's answer will be based on the customer's personal preference, a default
"Not Specified" option is included as a choice.
If you check the "Required" box, the question will become a compulsory requirement to
continue on with your reservation.
※ In relation to the "Radio Button" question format, the "Not Specified" option will be hidden
if "Required" is checked.
This setting is seen with the "Multi-Checkbox" and "Radio Buttons" question formats.
When "Include Other" is checked, customers will be able to fill in their own free text answer.
Answers to all questions will be visible in either the "Online" tab in the Manager system, or the individual reservation summary screen.
