Editing An Existing Customer Profile
You may find the Edit Customer button located in multiple areas.
1. Directly from the Customers Tab.
2. Reservation Details Page

Fields found under the info tab hold basic information about your customer.
First & Last Name - Diner's given name.
Alternate First & Last Name - If you are from a bilingual country, you may choose to enter the bilingual spelling of the diner's name here. (for example; Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic)
Gender Icon - You may indicate if the diner is a lady or gentlemen with either icon.
Microphone Icon - Toggling this icon will create the following effect on the customer's name.
Phone Number - Enter the customer's phone number here. Upon entering a value, a secondary field will appear to allow multiple entries.
Email Address - Enter the customer's email address here. Upon entering a value, a secondary field will appear to allow multiple entries.
Company - Enter the customer's place of work here.
Division - Enter the customer's department here.
Title - Enter the customer's position at company here.
Customer Memo - You may jot down notes about the customer here for easy reference. This memo may be viewed and amended across all shops within your franchise.
[Shop Name] Customer Memo - You may jot down notes about the customer that only pertains to your particular shop. This memo may be viewed by all shops within your franchise, but can only be amended in your shop.
Tags, Allergies, Likes & Dislikes - You may enter brief tags about the customer here by either selecting one of our quick-keys from the list or adding your own.
Sales Representative - Users tagged to the customer profile will receive a reservation notification via email (registered as user login) whenever a reservation is made for this customer. Multiple users may be tagged.
Fields found under the advanced tab hold more detailed information about your customer.
Handedness, Water Type & Smoking - Diner's preferences on the following fields may be indicated for reference if known.
Auto Email - Customer's preference on receipt of marketing materials, reservation reminders and direct mail materials.
Age Range, Language & Addresses - Additional information about the customer can be recorded here, if known.
Parent Shop - This refers to the shop the customer frequents most. By default, parent shop is set to the shop in which the profile was first created in.
Events - You may tag anniversaries, birthdays and other events to the customer profile. The event is highlighted when it is due in 2 months or less.
Socials - You may enter the customer's social media handles / username as a reference here. This is useful for keeping track of food bloggers' media pages.
You may refer to this tab for the list of upcoming and past reservations of this customer.
We are able to add an image of the customer as a reference. This is useful when expecting a VIP or internal executive members, where not all operation staff may know what they look like.
After image has been uploaded, it can be seen next to the customer's name in Reservation Details and Customer profile. Image can be enlarged by clicking on it.
