"Miseban" is a function which allows restaurants to take reservations via an automated response system during peak periods, holidays, or non-operational periods.
This automated response system enables customers to create a reservation through a guided step-by-step concierge, thus greatly reducing the volume of phone calls received by the restaurant.
※ Reservations created via Miseban automatically flows into TableSolution as an accepted
reservation for your easy management.
Miseban guides customers through the reservation process via three different options:
- Option to receive a link to make a reservation online via short message system (SMS)
- Option to create a reservation over the phone via the voice concierge
- Option to speak to the restaurant directly
As each restaurant's operation flow is different in its own way, the above settings are configurable to suit each restaurant's needs.
For example, you may choose to only have the SMS and Speak to Restaurant options available to customers, while omitting the voice concierge option.
Directing All Calls Through Miseban
A unique telephone number will be provided to your restaurant. You may cite this number as your restaurant's primary method of contact on your website or social media accounts to customers. Calls placed to the number will be directly routed to the Miseban, voice concierge.
Transferring Some Calls To Miseban
This method may be used when you wish to transfer calls to Miseban in the event that the restaurant is unable to attend to calls only.
