Notes can be added to specific table(s) on TableSolution 1.0 that can be viewed on Floor as well as Timetable tabs on TableSolution 3.0.
Add Table Notes on TableSolution 1.0
To add notes to a table, go to Tables under Setup on TableSolution 1.0
Select the table for which the notes have to be added and click Edit Table
Add notes in the Memo field as shown below and click Update Table

The table notes thus added can be viewed on Timetable & Floor tabs.
Table notes can be viewed on Timetable view by simply hovering over the table name/ number.
Note: A small dark grey rectangle on the table name denotes that there is a memo/ note for the table.
While on Timetable view a table note is visible by default, on Floor view it needs to be first enabled in the Table Display Options bar.
To enable it, click the Table Display Options on Floor view and select Memo
Now the note is displayed on hovering over the table.
