Configuring Cancellation Policy on TableSolution 1.0
To configure the Cancellation Policy, go to Shops under Settings on TableSolution 1.0. Click the cogwheel icon for the shop for which the cancellation policy has to be added.
Go to the Payments tab, scroll down, and click the green button Cancel Policy.
Enter the Advance Time & the corresponding percentages and an optional but recommended description about the Cancel Policy. Click Update Shop when done.
Cancellation Policy on TableCheck page
The configured Cancellation Policy is displayed on the TableCheck page before the Confirmation page.
Diners are also able to view the cancellation policy when they attempt to cancel their reservation.
Additionally, if you are using the credit card authorization, you will be able to see a button Cancel Fee when the days/ time duration set in the Cancellation Policy begins (3 days in the above example).
